Hi, I’m Jesse, thank you for visiting us and looking around.
I just wanted to tell you a bit about me, to give you a better idea of who I am and what ForTheLandlords.com can do for you.
I founded of ForTheLandlords.com in 2012, but I was a Landlord a long time before the company existed.
I’m a very happy Landlord – I’ve been called the UK’s happiest! If anyone would like to ‘out-happy’ me then I am up for the challenge!
I want you to have what I have, which is enough money, as little hassle from my properties as possible and more free time– it’s my personal mission to get you that.
A sad truth is that most Landlords I know AREN’T happy. They aren’t profitable enough, get a truck load of hassle that grinds them down, and sucks up their personal time.
How do I know that? Well, I used to be that dissatisfied and unhappy Landlord, until I decided to do something about it.
I could see the potential in property, but the reason ForTheLandlords.com even exists is because I had all the usual problems Landlords face and they were holding me back.
Tenant complaints, maintenance problems (often early morning on a weekend), tax confusion, council red-tape, slow growth, and low profitability, and I was disillusioned with Letting Agents so… starting my own seemed like a good idea (and it was!).
We needed to be more than just a letting agent and what I mean by that is a ‘normal’ letting agent plays a very important part in the overall mechanism that powers the property market, but it’s only one part.
To be a successful Landlord you need more, you need access to a power team that should include;
• Mortgage broker
• Solicitors
• Bookkeepers
• Accountants
• Tax specialists
You might even need access to specialist renovation or evictions teams or debt collectors. The list goes on and on, but having easy access to the people and the answers is key to a hassle-free existence as a landlord.

The FTL.com’s business mission is my personal story as a Landlord, I want our service to continue where the ‘normal’ Letting Agency stops.
