- How can you say you’re the UK’s number 1 property sourcer?
We’ve sourced 1200+ BTL properties to date and been in business nearly 15 years. We don’t know anyone who’s done more or been in business longer, so we are self-anointed! Do you know of a company that’s sourced more than us?
- What advice can you give to someone who doesn’t know where to start?
My best advice would be to keep saving and when you get to about £30,000 reach out again. You do need capital- £30,000 would be a minimum and ideally, you’ll want £100,000.
- How much does Adam charge?
Adam doesn’t charge for creating the plan, it’s all part of the service for our Landlords! Book in for a chat ASAP.
- Do you charge a Finders Fee?
There are fees yes, but not finders fees. We run a service called ‘Hand-Hold’, it includes all sorts, essentially everything to Find, Fix and Rent a property. We work with Landlords to create a ‘BTL Business Plan’ so in that sense we are very much your ‘partner’. However, this is your house, no equity shares or long-term tie in etc.
- Is it better to buy with cash or finance?
Personally, I buy in cash, but you could use finance of course – personal choice. You’ll need to wait 6 months to re-finance regardless though. No matter if you buy cash or mortgage, it’s the new lender [re-mortgage] that will need you to wait 6 months.
- Do you do the Hand Hold service for HMO’s?
Yes, we HMO’s are part of our Hand-Hold service, over 300 rooms and counting!
