I run a successful business in London so don’t have the time (or experience) to source, renovate, rent and manage - I’m keen to invest and get a great return with as little effort as possible.
I’m also a bit of a spreadsheet geek so have been carefully tracking the data to make sure that I’m getting a great return. I think it’s fair to say, I needed a little convincing and I definitely trust the numbers over anything else!
So far the rent numbers are really positive and the ROI’s are good/as expected.
The capital uplift figures are pretty good as well. The mortgage valuations have so far averaged almost exactly the mid-point of the valuation estimate from the original deal sheets.
All properties have let quickly, and the lettings team have taken care of everything and keep me up to date so if the tenants are seeing the same kind of service then they’re in good hands.
I’ll certainly be continuing to invest with For The Landlords.
