The /Rental-Revolution is a process.
We start with a sit-down meeting that can last 1-2 hours. During the meeting we capture the important details of your existing portfolio on our Portfolio Tracker. Plotting those details against our best practice and performance benchmarks. We identify everything we need to manage for better performance based on the performance indicators (KPI’s) we are going to track for you.
Next, we create a bespoke plan, detailing the performance indicators we track as part of Management, plus the performance indicators you need to track for your own property business. Things like, capital growth, finance costs, interest rate rise stress tests, true net profit and return on investment [ROI] calculations, insurance costs and asset improvement programs.
We then ask you what you want to achieve as a Landlord and tailor the plan to your own personal aspirations and goals. Do you want less stress and more income, more time for holidays, kids education or a new car? Well, that goes on the plan too.
Finally, we draw up an action plan to guide us through the next 12 months and agree the points between us. The Planning documents are yours to take away and refer back to until we meet again for our next review.
You go home, and we get to work, managing your portfolio to peak performance.

Why do we do that you may ask? Well, sometimes we acquire another lettings business and when we do, we obviously must pay to buy the business. We can’t see any difference here.
We are ‘buying’ your business and so if you sign up for over 12 months we will credit your account with the equivalent of 3 months management fees. The credit comes in the 4th month, or else it would hamper our growth, but there aren’t any strings attached other than that.
You have an open invitation to come see us, we think meeting in person is important and it would be nice to see you. Of course, you need to own at least one BTL property in an area we are operational in.
