On the face of it, the job is a simple one for us, your agent. Collect rent, look after the property and look after your Renter. You know already, that it can be more complicated than that. Imagine the conversations about performance between the coaches, players, management and stakeholders of a top sports team. The wins, the losses, the scores, hits, goals and all the other stats that, when they are rising, mark out a winning team. It would be unthinkable that those conversations might not occur.

TALKING ABOUT PERFORMANCE IS ESSENTIAL TO PERFORMING AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS. EVERYTHING IN A WORLD CLASS TEAM IS PLANNED, MEASURED AND THEN MANAGED. YET LANDLORDS, IN FACT MOST SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, RARELY HAVE SUCH CONVERSATIONS.
