You’ll use our system and you need to be a landlord or a builder/developer already (sorry, no newbies).
You’ll have bought houses already and have a fair idea of what finding, fixing and renting property entails.
You’ll need to be available full-time (although you can start part-time and gradually move to full-time over 3-6 months).
You’ll be living within a commutable distance of your patch.
And, ‘your patch’ will need to contain investable property opportunities!
